Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season (10/15/18 - 12/31/18), we will accept returns and exchanges until Jan. 31st, 2019.
- Orders placed during clearance sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- To start a return or exchange, please email email@example.com. It can take up to 2 business days to receive a response.
- Prior to shipping your return or exchange, please email us to get an RMA reference number. BauBax is not responsible for any lost or misplaced jacket and will not provide a refund in such cases if there is no RMA reference number.
- Please provide the following information when requesting a return or exchange:
- Order number
- Complete shipping address if different than what is on your order.
- Contact number if different than what is on your order.
- Jacket specs for the returning jacket; jacket specs for the exchange jacket (style/color/size/men's or women's).
- Our support team will respond back with the RMA reference number and instructions on how and where to ship your return to. This RMA reference number is only valid for 30 days. If the return is not received within 30 days, the return/exchange will not be honored.
- In case you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product for early action on your request.
- Please allow our Returns Center 14 business days from the time we receive the jacket(s) to process the return/exchange and issue a refund.
- We do not offer free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the jacket back at your own expense.
- We will process an exchange at no cost to you if a defective jacket is received.
- The returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact. This will be verified at our warehouse after we receive the jacket.
- If you are requesting a change in style, we will refund the difference to the original form of payment or will accept payment through PayPal for the price adjustment.
- IMPORTANT-For International Customers ONLY: The customs fee on the replacement item may or may not apply depending on the import rules of the respective country. BauBax LLC will not be liable for any customs charges. If you refuse to take delivery of the Product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, BauBax reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the Product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
